We have been supplying the Bude area with quality surfing and skating hardware since 1968 and online since 1999!!

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Credit/Debit Card payment. You can pay online using our secure encryption.

We accept all major cards - Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You can also pay by cheque, postal order, Paypal or even cash!

Shipping & Handling Items less then £100 will be sent Royal Mail First Class post the day the order is placed (Monday-Friday before 3pm). Items over £100 will be sent via courier (Night Freight) on a next day delivery - mainland UK. Offshore UK 3 day delivery. P&P is included in all prices - what you see is what you pay.

Certain products do come with free P&P, however, this means we do not pass the P&P onto you when making a purchase.

Packaging - 90% of the packaging and labels we use are recycled. 80% of shop wasted is also recycled

Once you have made a purchase you will be emailed confirmation of when and how your product/s will be delivered.

We now offer FREE DELIVERY TO EU COUNTRIES on all products except surfboards, bodyboards, skateboards and skimboards.

Delivery Schedule 90% of orders are received by our customers within 24 hours (on working days). Most orders under £100 are sent Royal Mail First Class Post (please allow 1-2 working days) and most goods over £100 are sent Night Freight on a next day delivery (UK Mainland). Other areas may vary, please contact us for details.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. No money will be taken from your card until goods are in stock.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added (this is included in all prices). All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy On faulty products full refunds or new product will be sent to you FOC once we have received the faulty product back from you.

Refunds on non faulty products will be minus P&P charges incurred by us to send goods to you.
